Linda Schlitt Gonzales is one of the worst agents. Go elsewhere! She seems to have memory issues and is horrible at doing transactions. Very scattered and perhaps dementia has set in. I do NOT recommend!

Vance Brinkerhoff made a 'Clerical Error' listing my condo for sale on all of the internet sites, including Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. My disabled mom who uses my condo was shocked to find a realtor at her door telling her the condo was for sale and wanting entry. When I called the listing number, I was not put in contact with Vance, but was told by one of his colleagues that they don't sell properties without the owner's knowledge. I explained that there was a NORTH and a SOUTH with the same address and I thought they had used the wrong one by mistake. I was called 'Look Lady' as I was chastised and did not hear back from Vance. I called again to explain and was hung up on. I then received a call saying they had made a 'clerical error but it had been fixed'. No apology for the previous rudeness. No estimate for how long the inaccurate information would remain online. Nothing. Just, It has been fixed and hung up. Rude personnel, inaccurate and sloppy work. This could have just been a funny story, but it turned out to be a big eye opener about Vance and his fellow agents. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM!!!!! Don't ever rent from them!!!!! They charged me $500 to have someone move undamaged furniture from the garage back into the house. I was never sent a certified letter about my security deposit. They had me new address too. It was sent to house they told me to move out of. ( it was being sold ) I sent them a dispute letter. And I never heard from them!!!! PS. The house was not move in ready when I rented it. Things were broken and it was dirty!!!

We started by contacting Ben in January 2017. We stayed in contact throughout the year by email and with the updated listings he would send us. The Collab Center he set us up with in the Coldwell Banker site enabled us to save, store or reject the listings that were sent. When we returned to Vero in December he was ready with our list of Condos.
